We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Medical Direct Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full product refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions for all returns:
- Items must be unopened, in resalable condition, and include the original packaging, manuals, and materials.
- Products that are damaged, marked, or have crushed packaging will not be accepted, as they are unsuitable for resale.
- All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Restocking fee of 15% on items returned.
Shipping Costs:
- Medical Direct Inc. will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect product information on our website.
- If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect order placement), the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
