A: Between 3 5 business days depending on location. We also offer expedited options such as Next Day and Second Day air at an additional cost. Please contact us directly for this option.

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

Q: Can you send product in discreet packaging?

A: Yes, if requested we can send in an unbranded box(s).

 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also pay by Certified Check or Money Order. To pay by Certified Check or Money Order please contact us on: 1-800-659-8037 to request an Order Form. Please note that it make take 5-7 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
