Mepilex Up is a new kind of non-bordered foam, intentionally designed to help reduce leakage and prevent its spread to healthy skin. Its unique, proprietary dimpled surface pattern handles fluid better than other foam dressings, even against the effect of gravity.

Mepilex Up contains three key components that make it work:

1. A contact layer made of Molnlycke's trusted Safetac technology provides gentle adhesion, minimizing pain and trauma to the would and surrounding skin upon removal of dressing.
2. A breathable, water-resistant backing film secures fluid within the dressing while evaporating excess moisture.
3. Highly comfortable, with a low profile. Easy to use, especially in difficult to dress areas - and can be cut to fit.
