  		• Design - Alldress is made of a laminate of polyurethane film and a polyester nonwoven coated with a polyacrylate adhesive.
  		• How Mesalt works - The absorbent pad absorbs excess exudate and minimises the risk of maceration. The gentle adhesive keeps the dressing securely in place. The nonwoven layer provides stability to the dressing structure for ease of application.
