Orders are shipped the same day they are received. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery; allow 3-5 working days. If you need supplies in a hurry, 2 or 3 day UPS delivery is available.

Guarantee: If you are not entirely happy with your goods for any reason, returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase date, provided they are returned in original shipping container with original invoice via UPS. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returns.
